  • Stock Availability – While we strive to keep our warehouse fully stocked, product availability may change without notice. We recommend contacting us before visiting for specific items.

  • Returns & Refunds – We accept returns for faulty or damaged items if reported within 48 hours of collection or delivery. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Assembly Services – Some furniture comes pre-assembled, while others require assembly. If needed, we offer an assembly service for an additional charge, depending on the product and location.
