This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and structural faults under normal residential use. Should a defect arise within this period, Pennywise will, at its discretion, repair or replace the faulty item or part.
This guarantee does not cover:
General wear and tear
Accidental damage or misuse
Damage caused by improper assembly (where assembly was not carried out by Pennywise)
Water damage, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
Commercial overuse beyond standard residential letting
